Kain Lawyers is proud to have advised Fly2Work on its sale to Quartex, an Accel-KKR–backed global software platform, as part of Quartex’s acquisition of the Fly2Work and Journey Management System (JMS) platforms from Australian technology provider Ionyx.
The transaction marks a significant milestone for Fly2Work and its integration into a global software group supporting the safe and efficient movement and management of large workforces in remote and high-risk environments.
