Kain Lawyers is pleased to have acted for St. Johns Packaging (Emballage St-Jean Ltée), a Canadian-based international packaging group, on its inbound international acquisition of Flexible Packaging Solutions FPS Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of St Johns Packaging) marking St. Johns Packaging’s first acquisition in Australia.
The acquisition forms part of St. Johns Packaging’s continued international expansion, strengthening its global footprint and enhancing its capability to deliver innovative and sustainable packaging solutions across key markets. FPS brings deep expertise in fresh produce packaging and a strong reputation for quality and innovation, further expanding the group’s reach across the Asia Pacific region.
