Kain Lawyers Clerkship Program 2026

Attracting and retaining young, quality lawyers is a key success driver. We accelerate clerk and junior lawyer development through mentoring from senior lawyers, inclusion in real-world transactions and involvement in our one-year transactions training program, TransactionPro.

Our Clerkship Program has been running for over 20 years, with former clerks in every level of our business. As a critical element of our business, we participate in the Uniform Clerkship Scheme to select penultimate and final year law students to undertake the four-week Clerkship Program.

Everyone is unique, bringing different skills and perspectives to our team. We are proud of the culture we have developed and excitedly welcome the next generation of newcomers.
