Alexandra has advised a diverse range of clients including listed public companies, private equity funds and privately held companies across a number of sectors including infrastructure and energy, insurance, telecommunications, real estate and financial services.

Alexandra brings a cross-border perspective to her client work, having qualified in England and Wales and working at a top-tier global law firm in London before moving to Australia.

Alexandra’s recent experience includes advising on:

• buy-side and sell-side acquisition mandates, including managing due diligence and disclosure processes, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, managing completion processes and addressing post-completion matters;
• minority investments, including drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements and subscription agreements; and
• corporate structuring and restructuring, including as part of a transaction.
