Benjamin Norris is a lawyer in our corporate team working across Private and Public Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Capital Structuring.
Benjamin brings a broad commercial background to his practice, having previously worked in contract management at a public institution and in private practice across property, corporate and commercial advisory. Benjamin draws on this broad experience, allowing him to provide commercially grounded advice across the full lifecycle of a transaction.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Adelaide.
