With a focus on bringing a commercial approach to transactions, and a background in accounting, Claudia’s aim is to provide practical advice to help clients achieve their business objectives.

As a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Accounting double degree graduate from the University of Adelaide, Claudia has an insightful, extensive, and varied understanding in both legal and commercial matters.

Claudia has assisted with the following:

• buy-side and sell-side acquisition processes, drafting key transaction documents, completion processes and addressing post-completion matters;
• due diligence processes including drafting material contract reviews, corporate details reviews and finance related issue summaries;
• preparing the resolutions, applications and certificates required to implement equity raises;
• drafting legal opinions, personal property security interest releases and conducting associated confirmatory searches; and
• drafting notices of dispute and preparing dispute resolution strategies arising from transactional matters.
