Stefan specialises in the areas of public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate advisory, with experience acting for mid-market public and private clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, online retail, tourism and information technology, in Australia and abroad.

Stefan’s experience includes advising:

• Nash Capital on its investment in National Windscreens, an Australian automotive windscreen repair and replacement provider;
• ROC Partners on the acquisition of Pace Farms, Australia’s second-largest egg supplier worth $350 million;
• the founders of Kelly Tillage, a manufacturer of shallow tillage equipment, on its majority sale to ROC Partners;
• KeyInvest on its acquisition of a 50% stake in mortgage fund manager, Keystone Capital;
• STEDI, an Australian-based 4WD lights and aftermarket accessories e-commerce retailer, on its sale to a multi-billion US-listed trade buyer;
• Nash Capital on its investment in Evolution Precast Systems, and subsequent acquisitions of Waeger Constructions and Saunders Civilbuild;
• the founders of data analytics firm Versor on its sale to Fujitsu;
• Municipal drain maintenance business Total Drain Group on its majority sale to Quadrant Private Equity;
• Adore Beauty’s (ASX:ABY) founders and management team on its majority sale to Quadrant Private Equity (2018) and IPO (2020);
• Silk Laser Clinic’s (ASX:SLA) owners and management team on its IPO;
• Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures on its sale to Journey Beyond; and
